**Description**

**What you'll do:**

* Creates and submit orders to purchasing department

* Works collaboratively with teams across sites to determine weekly orders.

* Daily tracking and communication of blood products and needs

* Shipping/Receiving, matching POs.

* Deliver inventory, stock locations, inventory rotation and cleanliness

* Communicate shipment issues

* Complete daily cycle counts

* Comply with regulatory agencies requirements (DEA, SBOP, FDA, OSHA, etc).

* Weekly calibration of in house laboratory equipment

* Coordinating transport needs between hospitals, backup driver if necessary

* Submits facilities requests for the proper maintenance of the hospital

**Who you are:**

* HS diploma required.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace environment

* Valid drivers license and clean driving record

* Detailed oriented, quality focused and self-motivated

* Ability to work standing for long periods of time with frequent stooping or bending

* Ability to lift 50 pounds

* Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary

* Must be competent utilizing Microsoft Office programs.
